Permanent Membership allows a member free 4 room nights in a year for 10 years in addition to the various facilities enjoyed by Temporary Membership Corporate membership is the only membership which is transferable within the same organization and enjoys the same facilities as Temporary Membership.

• Club Tivoli is owned and promoted by T.G. Leisure and Resorts Pvt Ltd on land and building owned by the said company. The management of the Club will always vest with the board of directors of the company and such executives/officers/nominees as may be appointed and/or authorized by the said board from time to time for this purpose.
• All categories of the members shall have only user rights of the facilities of the club as per the terms and conditions of Membership/Rules and regulations framed from time to time, without any lien on the property and assets of the Club and the said company.
• The Club membership is open only to persons above 21 years of age. The Club facilities may be used by the members/their spouses, children up to age 21 and their guests accompanied by the members. The children above 21 years of age shall be treated as guests of the members.
• The Club management reserves the rights to admission to the Club. Any person(s) seeking the Club membership, may be admitted as member(s), subject to approval of his/ her/ their membership proposal(s) by the director/s/chairman of the said Company and the decision of the said Board/ Chairman shall be final in this regard.
• The Club management may suspend/cancel/ terminate the membership of any member in case of any misconduct and/ or indiscipline committed by the member, and /or his/ her spouse/dependents/guests and the decision of the Board of Directors/ Chairman of the said Company in this regard shall be final & binding on such member.
• All members shall pay the Club bills/dues and membership fees and subscriptions within 30 days of presentation of such bills/dues account. The Club management reserves the right to ask for security deposit and/or advance payment from a member, against expenses to be incurred by the member for use of the Club. Incase the bills/ dues and membership fees and subscription remain unpaid for more than30 days from the presentation to the member, the Club management may suspend/ cancel/ terminate the membership, in addition to their other rights in this regard to protect the interest of the Club.
• The Club management reserves the right to change/alter any membership fees, deposits, subscriptions, tariff rates at their sole discretion at any time without notice.
• In case of any injury and/or loss/ damage sustained by any member and/ or his/ her spouse/ dependents/guests/ attendants in the Club premises, the Club management shall not be liable for any damages/ claims in this regard.
• In the unfortunate event of closure of the Club due to any just and valid reasons, the Club membership deposits/ fees (excluding the annual subscriptions) paid by the members shall be treated as deferred fees, bearing no interest, to be adjusted over a period of 10 years from the date of approval of the membership proposal, and the same shall be refunded on pro-rata basis for the balance period.
• In addition to the terms and Conditions of Membership/ Rules and Regulations of the Club herein above stated, the Club management reserves the right to alter/ change/ amend the same and also frame any other Rules, Regulations, Byelaws and house rules at any time at their sole discretion without notice.
