Chef Sachin Sahgal

After finishing his education from IHM(PUSA), Chef Sachin Sahgal started his journey to becoming a renowned chef by being trained in the French kitchen at The Oberoi,Delhi. From there, he went on to gain expertise in cuisenes ranging from Indian at Radisson, to continental at Sita Holiday Resort to Italian at Gaylords.

 Mirchi and The Cinammon Garden at Dublin, Ireland were just a few of his ports of call where he gained experience with a variety of cuisine's that have undoubtedly influenced the blend of flavors that characterize Chef Sachin's creations at Tivoli garden and Resort Hotel. Sachin believes in creating Fancy classic Indian dishes by using simplistic techniques along with a delicious juxtaposition of global flavors. He adapts his recipes to make it appeal to a larger Indian and international palates.

He makes sure to run series of regional food festivals, wherever he goes. His dexterity in combining food and traditions from different parts of the country is unmatched. He operates with a magic wand in his hand where in every food event turns into an occassion to celeberate and revel in. Be it a Pakistani Food festival,Punjabi Food Galore, Holi special menu, Beach Food promotion at pool side, FIFA games or  Beer n Biryani treat, he makes sure that there is "Heaven on a Plate".
